As of December 1, 2019, winter tires must be installed on all motor vehicles registered in Québec, except for heavy vehicles, tool vehicles and agricultural machines.
With winter already just around the corner, the ASPMQ is aware that mechanical workshops will have to manage an increase in customer traffic while operating below full capacity due to the seasonal installation of winter tires.
